1. What No More Beast is (and is not)

No More Beast ("the Service", "we") is a free-to-play social entertainment game with casino-style mechanics. It is not gambling: there is no wagering of money or anything of monetary value, no possibility of winning money or anything of monetary value, and no financial intent of any kind. It exists so you can enjoy casino games, honestly-published odds, and the noble art of showing off — without a house that eats your money.

2. Ƶ — the play money

• Ƶ ("GameMoney") is fictional. It is not money, e-money, cryptocurrency, a deposit, an investment, or a financial instrument of any kind.
• Ƶ has no monetary value and never will. It cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money, goods, services, or anything of value — not by us, not by you, not by anyone.
• Every account receives a free weekly allowance of Ƶ. Running out is, at worst, a short wait.

3. Coin packs and purchases

• We may offer optional coin packs (extra Ƶ) and digital showcase items for purchase with real money. These are purchases of entertainment, exactly like buying a cinema ticket.
• Buying Ƶ buys more playtime and bragging rights. It never improves your odds, and it never creates any claim to a payout, refund of winnings, or return of value.
• Purchases are final except where consumer law gives you rights we can't (and don't want to) take away.

4. No payouts. Ever.

Nothing in the Service — no balance, no win, no jackpot, no digital item — can be paid out, withdrawn, or converted into real money or real-world value. There is no cashier that pays out. That is not a temporary limitation; it is the design.

5. Promotions — the one exception, and it's not about winning

We may occasionally run promotions or community events with real prizes (for example: merchandise, gadgets, event tickets). When we do:

• Prizes are awarded for social and community activities — creativity, participation, contributions, sharing, being an excellent human in the community.
• Prizes are never awarded for winning or losing Ƶ, never proportional to any balance, bet, or game outcome, and never tied to any financial value or intent.
• Each promotion has its own published rules, requires no purchase, and is void where prohibited by law.

6. Digital showcase items

The digital watch tells no time and the digital car drives nowhere. Showcase items are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to display pixels on your profile. They are not property, not assets, not NFTs, and not investments. They are, however, magnificent.

7. Eligibility and responsible play

• You must be 18 or older. This is a social game, not gambling — but it plays like the real thing, so the door policy is the real thing too.
• Play for fun. If it stops being fun, stop. If you'd like us to close or freeze your account, email us and we will — no questions, no dark patterns.

8. Fair play

• Game outcomes are provably fair: every game publishes its RTP and house edge, and outcomes derive from seeds you can verify after settlement.
• No bots, no exploits, no multi-accounting, no buying/selling accounts or Ƶ outside the Service. We may reset balances or close accounts that cheat — the beast may be gone, but the rules are not.

9. The boring-but-necessary part

• The Service is provided "as is", pre-launch, and will change — games arrive one by one, features appear and evolve, and we may update these terms (we'll date the changes at the top).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — which, for most of you, will be a proud €0.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU law.
