The surveillance disclosure

Privacy & Cookies

last updated 2026-07-06 · reading time: shorter than one spin

The short version: we count visitors with our own first-party analytics, we don't run ad trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't have 847 "trusted partners". When accounts open we'll store the minimum needed to run your profile. That's the whole story.

1. Who is responsible

No More Beast operates this website. Data questions, access requests, or existential complaints: hello@nomorebeast.com.

2. What we collect today (pre-launch)

3. What we'll collect when accounts open

4. The cookie chapter, in its entirety

EU law requires us to disclose our cookies and similar technologies. We are pleased to present the complete, unabridged inventory:

That's it. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no data brokers, no lists of "partners" with their own lists of partners. If we ever add anything to this list, we'll update this page and re-annoy you with the banner, as the law intends.

5. What we never do

6. Legal bases & retention

Analytics runs on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); accounts and purchases run on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email hello@nomorebeast.com and a human will handle it. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority (in Latvia: the Data State Inspectorate, dvi.gov.lv) — though we'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
